题目：The restoration of old buildings in major cities in the
world costs numerous governments' expenditures. This money should
be used in new housing and road development. To what extent do you
agree or disagree?

解析：

建筑类的话题今年第二次出现，上一次是在3月14号，关于建筑的外观和功能。http://blog.sina.com.cn/s/blog_657b1b1501017b8f.html 这种题属于雅思考题中的常规话题，但也是偏难的题目。可以结合城市发展的话题和传统文化保护的话题来写。大家的难点可能在于建筑方面的一些词汇，我在上一篇3月14号的范文中写了很多。大家把这两篇范文结合起来看，基本上这一类词汇就掌握得差不多了。包括architecture，high-rise，modern
building，construct，demolish，dismantle等等。


这篇范文刚好300词，大量地使用了动词的分词形式，大家可以学着使用。所谓语法多样性，就是把主动被动、各种从句、还有分词不定式等等各种语法手段都用上。
