jobs or careers every few years. What do you think are the reasons
for this？ Do the advantage of this outweigh the

不断跳槽的弊端是容易失业，而且给老板们留下不靠谱的印象。所谓不靠谱，就是disloyal和unreliable。在数百万大学生找不到工作的时代，跳槽之前还是要三思啊！
